Buy Online Pick-up in Store

Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic the option to buy online and pick up in store became a very appealing option to those consumers who were attempting to reduce the amount of time they spent in public while also avoiding paying for delivery fees to receive their items. Just under half of the respondents reported that they had used this method of shopping for the first time during the pandemic. A third of respondents reported that they changed their preferred retailer to improve their buy online and pick up in store experience.
