Black Friday

According to the National Retail Federation, an estimated 186.4 million people shopped in-store or online during Black Friday last year. Online sales alone topped a record-breaking $14 billion, as 44% more consumers shopped online only during Black Friday last year compared to the prior year. It’s easy to see how the impact of Black Friday sales earned the event its name – it's the day in which stores move from being in the red for the year to being in the black.
