According to Forbes, Apple tops the list of most valuable brands in 2020 with a brand value of $241 billion. Two retailers ranked in the top 20 – at $135 billion, Amazon ranked fourth on the list while Walmart came in at #19 with a brand value of $29.5 billion. A well-defined brand not only creates value, but it can also help create loyalty among consumers. And loyalty does not come easily – this week’s Monitor shows that only 41% of consumers claim to have brands they are loyal to in most categories.
